How does soft washing differ from pressure washing?
Soft washing uses low pressure combined with specialized cleaning solutions to safely remove algae, mold, and bacteria. High pressure can damage roofing materials, siding, and paint. For roofs, soft washing is the correct and safe method.
How long does roof cleaning last?
In South Louisiana’s humid climate, results typically last 2–4 years depending on tree coverage, shade, and moisture levels.
What are the black streaks on my roof?
Those streaks are usually Gloeocapsa magma, a type of algae that feeds on limestone filler in shingles. It spreads over time and worsens without treatment.
Will roof cleaning void my roof warranty?
No. In fact, most shingle manufacturers recommend soft washing methods. High-pressure washing is what can cause damage and warranty issues.

Will pressure washing damage my siding?
High pressure can. That’s why we use a controlled low-pressure soft wash system designed for vinyl, brick, stucco, and painted surfaces.
How often should I wash my house?
Most homes in St. Tammany Parish benefit from washing every 12–24 months due to humidity and organic growth.
Do you use bleach?
We use professional exterior cleaning solutions that include sodium hypochlorite in controlled concentrations. It effectively kills organic growth at the root and is rinsed thoroughly.
Will your cleaning harm my plants?
We pre-rinse landscaping, apply controlled solutions, and rinse thoroughly afterward. Protecting your property is part of our process.

Can you remove oil stains from concrete?
Some oil stains can be significantly improved, but not all can be completely removed. Results depend on how long the stain has been present.
Why does my driveway turn green?
