Why I Started Wash Hawk

Before starting Wash Hawk, I worked in the real estate industry as an agent and Broker.

One thing became very clear:

The exterior condition of a home dramatically impacts its value, buyer perception, and overall pride of ownership.

I saw firsthand how something as simple as roof stains, algae-covered siding, or dirty concrete could lower curb appeal and reduce confidence in a property.

I also saw too many exterior cleaning companies using high pressure without understanding the long-term damage it can cause.

That didn’t sit right with me.
